Unraveling Nanoplastics-Enzyme Interactions

We are pleased to highlight a recent publication in Langmuir, titled “Unraveling Nanoplastics-Enzyme Interactions: Physicochemical, Structural, Functional, and Cell Biological Characterization of α-Amylase Nanoplastics Complexes“. It characterizes the direct molecular interactions by means of selected model proteins and a variety of different nanoplastic particles.
